Graham ‘Muz’ Muspratt is a lifelong modeler as well as historian of the Southern railway and even part owns two ex Southern Railway steam locomotives and a BR Electro Diesel. Having previously provided guidance and assistance to model railway manufacturers on Southern Railway matters he now works in the industry as development manager for Kernow Model Rail Centre.
In this illustrated talk, Muz will tell the story of the history of the LSWR Adams T3 locomotives, culminating in the preservation of the sole survivor number 563.
He will also detail the background and process of developing and bringing to the market a ready to run model, including the newly announced model of the Adams T3 locomotive being produced by the Kernow Model Rail Centre for the Bachmann Europe EFE Rail range.
This event is in person, and guests are welcome at Keen House. The bar will be open before, in the interval and after the lecture with a range of drinks and snacks.
